4. Membership and Packages

• To become an agent or seller, you must choose one of the available membership packages:
  • Silver Package: 5,000 BDT
  • Gold Package: 10,000 BDT
  • Premium Package: 30,000 BDT
  • Unlimited Package: 50,000 BDT
• The membership package you choose will grant you access to our services and may include specific benefits based on the package level.

5. Payment and Fees

By subscribing to our services or purchasing products, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments must be made in the currency specified by PoroshWork. If you purchase services or products, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided at the time of purchase.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the platform to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities or illegal conduct.
• Violate intellectual property rights or copyright laws.
• Spam, harass, or disrupt the services of PoroshWork or other users.
• Upload harmful or malicious content that may damage our systems.

7. Commission Structure

Agents and sellers will earn commissions based on the sales made and the membership packages chosen by their customers. The commission structure is as follows:

• Sellers: 20% commission on sales.
• Agents: 5% of the 20% commission from the seller's sale.
• PoroshWork: 15% commission from the seller’s sale.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites or services. PoroshWork does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms and conditions of these third-party websites. You are encouraged to review their privacy policies and terms before engaging with them.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided by PoroshWork are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Porosh Network Limited unless otherwise stated. You are not authorized to use, modify, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

10. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms. In such cases, we may withhold any payments or commissions owed to you. You can terminate your account at any time by following the proper process outlined in your account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoroshWork and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services, products, or website. This includes damages related to errors, interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PoroshWork and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of the rights of others.
